Mr. Zhou has always been engaged in electrical design and technology management work and has been in charge of more than a hundred of large and medium-sized projects. A member of those projects has won the provincial and ministerial excellent engineering design awards. Mr. Zhou has been honored as “Model Worker” by China Haisum Engineering Co., Ltd. Now he is also the executive director of China Exploration & Design Association, vice chairman of China Investigation and Design Association of Light Industry and executive director of Exploration & Design Association of Hubei Province.

Jin Shan, male, graduated from Wuhan University of Technology on July 1992, major in Architecture, Bachelor Degree of Architecture, Professorate Senior Engineer, Grade 1 Registered Architect, General Manager & Chief Architect of CLWD.

Mr. Jin has always been engaged in planning and architectural design work, who is good at planning and designing all kinds of public construction and large or extra-large residential and commercial buildings. He has been in charge of and participated in more than a hundred of large and medium-sized projects. A member of those projects has won the provincial and ministerial excellent engineering design awards. Now he is a director member of Industrial Construction Branch for Architectural Society of China, a committee member of China Haisum Engineering Committee and a committee member of Hubei’s Green Buildings Committee of Experts.

Zhou Kaixiang, male, graduated from South China University of Technology on July,1985, major in Microbiology, Bachelor Degree of Engineering, professorate Senior Engineer, Registered Biochemical Engineer, Registered Supervision Engineer, Vice-General Manager of CLWD.

Mr. Zhou has always been engaged in food, fermentation, bio-engineering technology work, and in charge of more than a hundred of large and medium-sized projects. A member of those projects has won the provincial and ministerial excellent engineering design awards. Mr. Zhou is a youth expert with outstanding contribution in Hubei province and an exploration & design master in light industry.

Yang Xiaozhen, male, graduated from Wuhan University of Technology on July,1983, major in Structural Engineering, Master Degree of Engineering, Professorate Senior Engineer, Grade 1 Registered Structural Engineer, Vice-General Manager & Chief Engineer of CLWD.

Mr. Yang has always been engaged in structural design and technical management work and in charge of more than a hundred of large and medium-sized projects. A member of those projects has won the provincial and ministerial excellent engineering design awards. He has issued lots of researching thesis on National Publications. Now Mr. Yang is the vice-director of the Structure Committee for Hubei Civil Engineering Society, a committee member of Wuhan Steel Construction Society, a committee member of Expert Committee on the review of the Seismic Fortification of Super-high Engineering Construction in Hubei Province, and an exploration & design master in Light Industry. He is also an expert enjoyed the allowance granted by State Council.

Li Hong, female, graduated from Huazhong University of Science and Technology, major in Architectural Design, Bachelor degree, Professorate Senior Engineer, Grade 1 Registered Architect, Assistant General Manager of CLWD & Manager of Overseas Business Department.

Ms. Li has always been engaged in construction and general layout designing work. She has been in charge of more than a hundred of large and medium-sized projects. A member of those projects has won the provincial and ministerial excellent engineering design awards. She has successfully organized and obtained a number of patents. Ms. Li has in-depth study on the Green Industry Building, Industry Building Design and Industry Tourism Architectural Design. She has issued lots of relevant thesis on National and Provincial core journals and the projects she completed have gained the National Green Building Tri-star Designing Logo. Now she is a group member of China Green Building Council and enjoys the special allowance granted by Hubei Provincial Government.

Xu Pingjia, male, graduated from Wuhan University of Technology, major in Electrical Automation, Bachelor Degree of Engineering, Registered Electrical Engineer, Registered Consulting Engineer, Professorate Senior Engineer, Senior Consultant of CLWD.

Mr. Liang has always been engaged in pulping and papermaking, Alkali Recovery and environmental protection engineering design, consulting, servicing and management work. Wang Qi, male, graduated from Hunan University on July 1989, major in Water Supply-Drainage of Civil Engineering, Bachelor Degree of Engineering, Registered Utility Engineer ( Water Supply and Drainage), Professorate Senior Engineer, Vice-Chief Engineer.

Mr. Wang has always been engaged in water supply and drainage project design and technical management work for industrial and civil engineering. He has been in charge of and participated in more than a hundred of large and medium-sized designing projects, a member of which has won the provincial and ministerial excellent project designing awards. He has issued lots of thesis on National Publications. Now Mr. Wang is a committee member of Water Supply and Drainage Committee of Hubei Civil Engineering and Architecture Society, and vice-director of Wuhan Water Supply and Drainage Committee.

Li Guangtong, male, Graduated from Dalian Polytechnic University on July 1983, major in Fermentation Engineering, Bachelor Degree of Engineering, Registered Biochemical Engineer, Professorate Senior Engineer, Vice-Chief Engineer of CLWD.

Mr. Li has solid theoretical knowledge and rich practical experience. He has been in charge of and participated in lots of designing work of national industrialized demonstration projects, provincial and ministerial projects and large-sized projects. He has made unremitting efforts on transformation from researching results to productivity on food, medical and biological field, and earned great economic and social benefits. A member of his projects has won the provincial and ministerial awards. Now he is a youth expert with outstanding contribution in Hubei Province.

Chen Jingfang, female, graduated from Chongqing University on July 1984, major in Civil Engineering, Bachelor Degree of Engineering, Grade 1 Registered Structural Engineer, Professorate Senior Engineer, and Vice- Chief Engineer of CLWD.

Ms. Chen has always been engaged in structural design and administration work. She has been in charge of and participated in more than a hundred of large and medium-sized projects, a member of which has won provincial and ministerial excellent project designing projects. She has issued lots of thesis on National Publications. She is good at resolving various kinds of technical problems on industrial and civil engineering structure, foundation projects and geotechnical engineering projects. Now she is a Project Evaluation Expert of Hubei Provincial Development and Reform Commission and a youth expert with outstanding contribution in Hubei Province.

Xiao Rongzi, male, graduated from Huazhong University of Science and Technology on July 1986, major in Heat and Ventilation, Bachelor Degree of Engineering, Registered Utility Engineer (HVAC), Professorate Senior Engineer, Vice-Chief Engineer of CLWD and Vice-director of No.3 Industrial Engineering Department.

Now Mr. Xiao is a committee member of Hubei Civil Engineering and Architecture Society Wuhan Ground Source Heat Pump Association, and a committee member of Thermal Power Committee of Hubei Civil Engineering and Architecture Society.

Wu Zhiqiang, male, graduated from Liaoning Institute of Finance and Economics (now renamed as Dongbei University of Finance and Economics) in 1983, Bachelor Degree of Economics, Registered Cost Engineer, Senior Economist, Professorate Senior Engineer, Vice-Chief Economist of CLWD, Chief Engineer of Cost & Consulting Department, and Director of Judicial Authentication Institute.

Mr. Wu has always been engaged in construction project preliminary consultation, engineering cost& consultancy business and administration work. He is full of professional and management experience and has participated in almost a hundred of large and medium-sized engineering projects for preliminary consultation and cost consultancy. A member of those projects has won the ministerial excellent engineering consultancy awards. Mr. Wu has also been employed as a consultancy expert by many industries and departments.

Zhao Maohua, male, graduated from Tianjin University of Science & Technology on July 1982, major in Pulping and Papermaking, Bachelor Degree of Engineering, Registered Biochemical Engineer, Professorate Senior Engineer, Director of Engineering Contracting Department.

Mr. Zhao has always been engaged in pulping and papermaking design and management work. Guo Xiaowei, female, graduated from Suzhou Urban Construction and Environmental Protection Institute (now renamed as Suzhou University of Science and Technology), major in Environmental Engineering, Bachelor Degree of Engineering, Registered Environmental Engineer, Registered Utility Engineer (Water Supply and Drainage), Registered Environmental Impact Assessment Engineer, Director of No.3 Industrial Engineering Department.

Ms. Guo has always been engaged in municipal engineering public work and environmental (water and solid waste) protection work. She has been in charge of and participated in more than a hundred of large and medium-sized engineering projects on papermaking, food, municipal public works and resources recycling field etc. Now Ms. Guo belongs to Comprehensive Bid Evaluation Expert Database of Hubei Province and is a project evaluation expert of Hubei Provincial Development and Reform Commission.

Mr. Xiao has always been engaged in designing work for heating and ventilation, air conditioning purification and freezing and refrigeration. He has been in charge of and participated in more than a hundred of large and medium-sized engineering design projects, a member of which has won provincial and ministerial excellent engineering design awards. He has full practical experience in air conditioning purification for pharmaceutical engineering and food industry, and verification and implement for GMP 2010 of pharmaceutical engineering. He is also professional in refrigerant selection and the selection and implementation of ammonia and fluorine refrigeration system. Now Mr. Xiao is an energy evaluation expert for Hubei and Wuhan Development and Reform Commission and an evaluation expert for government procurement project.

Cao Dongbao, male, graduated from Tianjin University, major in power grid and power system, Bachelor Degree of Engineering, Registered Electric Engineer, Researcher Level Senior Engineer, and Vice-chief Engineer of CLWD.

Mr. Cao has served successively as an architectural electric academic committee member of Civil Engineering Academy of Hubei Province and Wuhan City.
