The August 7th Session site is located within the range of the original British, Russian and French concessions (mainly the Russian concession), and its a historical and cultural block whose historical and cultural resources are most completely preserved and which is of the most diverse culture among the four historical blocks of the original concession areas in Hankou.

       The planning will highlight the multi-component characteristics and thick living atmosphere of the block, aiming to create a unique Russian-style fashionable historical block which incorporates the cultural tourism, entertainment, business office, living and other functions together, and provide a urban living space of diverse culture and life in the original Russian concession.
